This self-service washer is a compact, fully encased coin-op high-pressure washing unit which can be started by inserting coins or tokens. The operation for the user is extremely easy as the program selection is made via a turning knob on the front door. Every washing program is pictured via an icon and the programs are chronologically ordered and self-explanatory. Within the given washing times, the customer is free to choose and change the washing programs.
Storage for cleaning agents, 2 detergent tank with 25 l each
SB-Wash 5/10 Fp The covering is built in inox. At the front door the operation unit with the electronic coin acceptor as well as the distinctive yellow column with the LEDs displaying the remaining value is positioned.
The SB-Wash 5/10 Fp consists of a water-cooled high-pressure pump, a float tank, an oil burner, a fuel tank, two detergent tanks as well as the corresponding regulating and safety devices.
To inhibit calcifying of the system a water softening liquid is added to the water circuit. Integrated heating in combination with a frost protection circulating system through the HP-hose ensures trouble-free operation in winter time down to -20°C (although it is not recommended to wash at temperatures that low as ice may damage vehicles).
The spray equipment with moving washing brush can be used either for high-pressure wash or for the brush wash.
The unit is equipped with the following washing programs:
Washing program I:
a) High-pressure wash with detergent, for removing dirt (brush retracted)
b) Brush wash using detergent, for removing traffic film (grush forwarded)
Washing program II:
Clear rinse without detergent, for rinsing residual dirt and detergent with the brush retracted
Washing program III:
Protection with wax polish, for preserving the paintwork surface
Washing program IV:
Spot free rinse
For each program the operator can specify whether hot or cold water should be used and how much detergent is applied. The corresponding adjustments are made at the electrical devices and the dosing valves.
